I photographed the “D” family last weekend. It was freezing cold. The kids were troopers. Helen won this photo session through my contest on the blog. I also went to high school with Helen. Helen is also running for Springfield Township Trustee…Make sure you vote for her. She deserves it!
I got the opportunity to photograph a special family. I work with Amy and she asked if I could photograph her kids and grandkids. What a great opportunity, but boy was it difficult to schedule. It was hard to organize everyone’s schedule. All in all the pictures turned out GREAT. Enjoy your sneak peak Amy.
one bar of Fels Naphtha soap
1/2 cup Mules Borax
1/2 cup Arm and Hammer Super Suds
Let the bar of soap air dry out of package for one week. Then put in grinder or blender (crush ice mode) and grind or blend. You might have to cut the bar in fourths. Mix all together and waaaa laaa you have your own homemade laundry detergent. You only need to use one tbsp per load and that equates to roughly 5¢ per load! Yeah, for saving some mullah! I actually bought 6 bars of the soap to do all at once, so feel free to double, triple or sextuplet the recipe:)

I got the opportunity to photograph one of my BEST friends and her family! Velma and I work together and are great friends. Isn’t she just beautiful? Her daughter is a spittin’ image of her too! She was such a model posing for me. Velma’s son on the other hand was a little stinker. I hope you enjoy the pictures, I had fun shooting you:)
