There is this wonderful workshop that I would LOVE to attend called “For the Love Workshop.” Again, another contest that I am entering, well because all that know me know that I am a “CONTEST QUEEN”! It is in a good way though. A little bit about my background to understand why I am so determined to WIN. My mother had me when she was 17 and my sister when she was 19. She married young and divorced. I never really knew my biological dad. My mom remarried my dad (adopted me in 1st grade and my sister). We always had to look for the “deals” or the “sale”. We could NEVER buy a thing unless it was on sale. So I feel that is where my CONTEST QUEEN obsession comes into play. I feel that I have to try to win because if you don’t try, hey you may NEVER know if you will win! So with that being said…I am looking for that GIFT to receive a scholarship to go to “For the Love Workshop.” “GOD does notice us, and He watches over us. But it is usually through another person that He meets our needs.”~Spencer W. Kimball

See I need some help and guidance to make my business go to the next level. I need a creative outlet. I am consistantly stressed and extremely anxious about my business not succeeding the way that I want it to, or should I say the way my husband wants it to! I am unsure what plans GOD has for my life. I know that I want photography to be a BIG part of my life and I need the little extra help to make that happen! I need a chance to clear my mind (free from kids), and work (full-time RN) and be able to ask GOD to show me new ways to see things and I BELIEVE that this workshop would HELP me tremendously.

I am looking to be refreshed, rejuvenated, restored, uplifted, directed, and encouraged from this workshop. I want to be refreshed with a new attitude towards my business, kids, and husband. I need to be rejuvenated to continue this journey. I need to be restored with GOD. (sad to say…haven’t been to church in a long time, bad..bad..bad)! I need the encounter of new friendships to help uplift me to a new place. Direction and Encouragement is also what I am hoping to get from the speakers at the workshop! I would LOVE to be able to meet Zach & Jody Gray, Mike Larson, Ginny Corbett,and Jonathan and Melissa Helser. “Your eye is the lamp that provides light for your body. When your eye is good, your whole body is filled with light. But when your eye is bad, your whole body is filled with darkness. And if the light you think you have is actually darkness, how deep that darkness is.”~ Matthew 6:22-23 Help me see that light again!

So here I am PRAYING that I get that once in a lifetime opportunity for this wonderful scholarship to attend this amazing workshop!
